DELIVERY Amsterdam Locals ships all packages in accordance to the delivery policies below: - After your order is process, deliveries will be shipped within 3 business days - Deliveries are made 5 days a week - In the event you are not home on the first delivery attempt, a second attempt will be made free of charge - In the event a delivery attempt has been made, and could not be complete, PostNL will leave a message in your mailbox. Outside of NL - Delivery information available upon request DELAYED DELIVERY If a deliver is delayed you will be contacted within 3 business days ITEMS NOT DELIVERABLE In the event an item cannot be delivered, you will receive notice from us within 5 business days. The purchased amount will be refunded by the use of your preferred payment method within 14 business days.
Purchased items may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of your delivery date. After this period, the purchase is considered final. We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items. If you need a different size or color of a specific item, you'll need to place a new order.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITION The following conditions apply when returning an item: - Returns must be processed, exclusively by post, within 3 days of the delivery date. - Original tags and labels are still secured to the article. - Clothing must not have been worn or washed. - There are no stains or odors found on the products. These are inclusive of, but not limited to food stains, make up stains, body odors, and cigarette odors. If it contains any of this we can’t return your money. - The item has not been fixed to hide any damage - Jewelry and lingerie cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons. - The article is kept within its original packaging. - The customer is responsible for the risk of delivery as well as the cost of delivery for returns. Amsterdam Locals recommends sending the package through registered mail - Insufficient or illegitimate returns will not be accepted. - Product and/or delivery mistakes need to be indicated within three days of the delivery date -If exchange and return conditions are not complied, Amsterdam Locals maintains the right to send the return back to the sender, at which point the sender will be charged the delivery costs.
Amsterdam Locals can Not return the transport cost. Return cost of your item will also be for your own costs.

WARRANTY / LIABILITY
WARRANTY • Amsterdam Locals guarantees that delivered items comply with the usual requirements and norms and are free of deficiencies. • The warranty mentioned above is valid for a period of 14 days after the delivery date • The delivery slip is a valid warranty certificate. • In the event of any deficiencies the item can be exchanged or repaired free of charge by Amsterdam Locals • If an item cannot be delivered, Amsterdam Locals will reimburse the purchased amount. • Warranty cannot be claimed if the project is damaged due to normal abrasion, intent and/or negligence.
LIABILITY • In the event of a defective item, Amsterdam Locals is liable for the cost of repair or replacement of the article to a maximum of the purchased amount. • Amsterdam Locals is not liable for consequential damages in any form. • Amsterdam Locals is not liable for damage as a result of intent of third parties, negligence or incorrect usage. • Amsterdam Locals accepts no claim for damage as a result of washing, drying, ironing, steaming or other forms of treatments on the delivered product. • We recommend steaming articles with print, studs or beads. • Amsterdam Locals is not liable in the event buttons, stones, sequins or other attached applications detach.
